Alonso Wins, After Vettel Penalty Still Only Fifth
The Spaniard Fernando Alonso at the Hockenheimring. Defending champion Sebastian Vettel will be penalized two hours after the end of the race because of an overtaking maneuver and fall back in three places.

The race stewards penalized for overtaking Sebastian Vettel Jenson Button with 20 seconds - and the two-time Formula 1 World Championship Grand Prix of Germany slipped from second to fifth place back.
